Do you love people and a change of pace every day? If so keep reading!

You will experience a variety of customers all day every day. Your work will be unique where as our company provides different types of services at multiple locations throughout the day.

You will provide all sorts of exterior cleaning services such as power washing decks/homes/patios/commercial properties. Our company also provides interior window cleaning for home owners.

You will be working as a full time team member and will be working closely with team members.

Here are a few important things we need to ensure before applying.

You will need a valid drivers license and no more than 1 speeding ticket in the past 2 years.

You will need to ensure daily transportation to the shop M-F at 7am.

You do not need any experience! We will fully train you with our state of the art equipment and commercial shop & Office space.

We do not run our company out of a residence or storage unit!

What's the pay?:
• Training (First 60 days): $16/Hr
• After training: $18 /Hr
• Evaluate performance Summer/Fall
• Fully trained as team lead managing a crew: 25+/hr

Work Days
• 7:00am-4PM M-F (March Through December) Mixed in Saturdays during peak season.
• Shirt/equipment/vehicles all provided by company.

Full time positions for residential and commercial cleaning services. We specialize in window cleaning and pressure cleaning. Must have a solid work ethic and enjoy working with a team! Valid PA drivers license & daily transportation along with clean driving record are a must.

No experience needed will fully train.

Compensation:
• Training (First 60 days): $16/Hr
• After training: $18 /Hr
• Evaluate performance Summer/Fall
• Fully trained as team leader: Up to 25+/hr

Benefits
• 1st season: 2 paid personal days & paid Holiday (4th July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving)
• Fully Crew Leader: Paid Vaction

Work Days
• 7:00am-4PM M-F (March Through December) Mixed in Saturdays during peak season.
• Shirt/equipment/vehicles all provided by company.

Understanding if you will be a good fit: In this position you are the personality of the company! We love our customers and we also love you so being able to maintain a positive attitude at all times is imperative for success. You will be trained to be a professional. A professional who can assess, recommend, and have foresight on the current duties and tasks at hand. We also NEED you to be a better version of yourself every single day. This means improving your strengths and minimizing your weaknesses (in both work and personal life)! We understand that life happens and have grace, however our team counts on each other on a daily basis. Excuses for absences, and transportation will not be tolerated.

Compensation:
• Training (First 60 days): $13/Hr
• After training: $15-16 /Hr
• Evaluate performance Summer/Fall
• Fully trained as team leader: Up to 18+/hr with bonus (performance based pay/hybrid)
• Guaranteed 35 hours week during March 1 - Dec 1 ( In light of lack of work due to extreme inclimate weather/early training)
• Plenty of overtime during standard work week.

Benefits
• 1st season: 2 paid personal days & paid Holiday (4th July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving)
• Fully Trained: 5 Paid for vacation 2 paid personal (Paid Holidays)
• Approx 60% of pay during off season via unemployment Jan/Feb (As I like to call it....A well earned Paid Vacation =)

Work Days
• 7:am-4PM M-F (March Through December) Mixed in Saturdays during peak season.
• Estimated 40-55 Hrs per week during peak season.
• Shirt/equipment/vehicles all provided by company.
