One bedroom – Cleaning
Kitchen Cobwebs removed, surfaces dusted, and floors thoroughly cleaned. Countertops, sinks, stovetop, and microwave cleaned and sanitized. Cabinet fronts wiped and trash emptied for a spotless finish
Bathroom-Showers, tubs, toilets, and sinks scrubbed and sanitized. Mirrors shined, countertops cleaned, and floors gleaming. Trash removed and small rugs refreshed.
Bedroom- Dusting from high corners to furniture surfaces. Floors vacuumed or mopped and beds neatly made. High touch areas are sanitized for peace of mind
Living area- Comprehensive dusting, including blinds, ceiling fans, and furniture. Floors are cared for with vacuuming and mopping as needed. Glass surfaces cleaned for a clear, inviting space.

The price for our home cleaning service are based on several factors, including the size of the area to be cleaned, the frequency of cleaning visits, the condition of the space, the unique features of your home, the materials required, and even the presence of pets!

Tree Trimmer & Pruner
Job Summary
Responsible for cutting down, pruning, or trimming branches, leaves, and roots from trees to prevent damage and destruction or for aesthetic purposes.
Primary Responsibilities
• Cut away dead, obstructive, or excess branches from trees and shrubbery.
• Utilize chain saws and work crews to safely cut down limbs.
• Climb trees with safety devices to properly cut down limbs.
• Prune or treat trees or shrubs using handsaws, pruning hooks, sheers, and clippers.
• Use lifts and power tools to gain access to high areas.
• Fill in cavities of trees with chemicals to promote healing.
• Remove debris and cart away large limbs for disposal.
• Cut branches away from power lines.
• Cable, brace, tie, bolt, stake, and guy trees and branches to provide support.
• Utilize climbing equipment or buckets of extended truck booms, and/or chainsaws, hooks, handsaws, shears, and clippers.
• Use shovels and rakes to clear debris.
• Submit job estimates.
• Manage work crews.
• Clear sites, streets, and grounds of woody and herbaceous materials, such as tree stumps and fallen trees and limbs.
• Spray and treat diseased trees.
• Reshape trees to create aesthetically pleasing shapes.
• Water and fertilize trees.
• Apply tar to cut surfaces to seal in moisture.
• Strip bark from trees.
• Roof sweeping: Sweeping the roof to remove debris
• Debris removal: Removing debris from the gutters and downpipes
• Clog breaking: Using a pressure washer to break up clogs in the drain
Here are some tools and methods that can be used for gutter cleaning:
• High-powered blower: A technician can use a handheld blower or a backpack-mounted unit to dislodge debris from the gutters.
• Hose: A high-pressure nozzle can be used to shoot a stream of water into the gutter to flush out debris.
• Leaf blower: A leaf blower can be used to clear out debris without the need for a ladder.
• Wet-dry vacuum: A wet-dry vacuum can be used to clean gutters from the ground.
• Plastic gutter scoop and bucket: A plastic gutter scoop and bucket can be used to collect debris.
