Attention long post ahead⭐️⭐️⭐️💀⭐️⭐️
Just a little invite on what’s been going on well as of November, I’ve noticed that my health has one been getting kind of to become an issue and another two I had one of the worst experiences with one of the worst clients ever to date. So let’s backtrack a little bit, in November right before Thanksgiving I had a clean to do. It was gonna be the last time that I did before the holiday Lil I know that this was going to be the last Clean. I’ve done for months until now I had shown up like any other day. I was a bit tardy because everybody knows time is my kryptonite, but I advise everybody that whenever they hire me so the client knew I was gonna be a little bit late. I arrive to this beautiful when I priced that and I think I’ll even share the picture with you almost $1.5 million home. I walk up to the door with all my equipment in tow and I ring the bell. I wait for almost 20 minutes before somebody comes to open the door. Her husband frantically comes and opens the door and says his wife is getting out of bed and that she’ll be here shortly then shuts the door and leaves me outside. I said OK I can handle this not a problem. The wife shows up to the front door and she’s in her pajamas her disheveled looks like she had just woken up sleep still in her eye and looks at me since you’re late. I said you’re right I am advised you that I was gonna be. I was like how about we go to going and then that way I can get started I always have my clients. Give me a tour of their home so I can give them real expectations of what the Clean is going to Intel when the door opened all the way this house was completely and utterly overpacked disgusting destroyed hoarder. I mean, there were boxes and clothes and suitcases and construction and dust and dirt and I mean just anything you could think of in your head that I would be in a bad situation that would just ring red flat you and say walk out the door now well, Angelique didn’t do that Angel said do you know what you committed to this you want your commitment follow through she begins to tell me why her house is in such disarray and it’s because she’s having renovations done. I said OK makes sense. OK I can work with that renovations not a problem. The only place was the renovation right there on the stairwell. Nowhere else in the house oh one other room I’m sorry. Excuse me let me correct that the upstairs primary cause there were two primary, but we’ll get to that later so she begins to give me the tour of the first bedroom and that’s when you walk in the house it’s to your immediate left bedroom was completely filled with trash clothes bins I mean there was just a clear walkway to the bathroom. The bed was even covered with trash and this was one of her daughter’s rooms. I walked into the bathroom. The bathroom hadn’t been touched or wiped or cleaned whatsoever by any cleaning service since July and it was July of last year and I’m cleaning this house in November just to give you a little insight all the while the daughter is still using this bathroom and it’s filthy state so I see it and I’m like OK. Oh my God what am I gonna do? I see the water stains. I see the mold on the shower wall the dirt on the floor the grime all around the sink and the toilet is just disgustingly and smells horrible. There’s trash piled up in the corner. I continued the tour with then proceeded to go up the stairwell as we’re heading up the stairwell she tells me I’m gonna need you to dust this at the very end I said no problem. I can do that for sure so we hook a left once we get up to the stairwell and we go to another room that’s got another full size bathroom now the first bathroom was a full-size one as well has a full size bathroom and so it’s in the same condition and it’s another daughter‘s room and there’s hair everywhere. There’s toothpaste all over the sink there’s spit there’s there’s there. I mean a amount of trash and not been cleaned again since July last year and if there’s November that I’m there we walk around to the other side of the house on the top floor and here is now the first primary or what I thought was the primary take into consideration folks what I thought was the primary primary means that means the master bedroom with the master en suite laugh out loud so I couldn’t do much in there except for the chew his and her sinks and the rooms that they were in now that the toilet and the sink or the toilet and the tub brother were under construction. They were getting new walls spinning so I didn’t have to do those cool again these bathrooms haven’t been touched since July of last year and I’m there now in November and these people are still using the bathrooms so then we proceeded down back downstairs where she shows me the half bathroom the only half bathroom and looking on Zillow this is how many says it has four and so we look at that’s easy pie I can get I was like now being that these are all full-size bathrooms. I’m not going to be able to do your kitchen now because there’s so much in these bathrooms that need to be done. I know my limitations and I know what I cannot do and I cannot take care of your kitchen. I said we can rebook for another day. That’s not a problem I was, but let’s knock out the bathroom like you want and we can start there in agree and she said that’s fine. We’ll do it. Let me give you some products that I want you to use. I said well ma’am I have every product you can imagine in my basket. she said no no no you can use mine. I want you to use mine. Lil did I know this is the part of the story that they use of those products was going to be my ultimate demise Cell after her insistence on the products that I use which was scrubbing bubbles, Windex with vinegar and some polishing cream for the counters I’ve been proceeded to start in the bathroom so she disappears. She goes to what I think is the media room and I don’t hear back from her for the first four hours of this Clean. I’m booked for six so I managed to get all the bathrooms done and then I’m working on the stairwell at this point now it has now been 5 1/2 hours and that’s what we throwing in little things here and there That was with me vacuuming the stairwell completely that was getting the trash off the floors in the bedrooms and then organizing you know the walkways and just trying to make it to where it was navigable right so by this point, I am finishing up the stairs. I am dusting and vacuuming them polishing them off the rails and all that good stuff and as I’m doing so she didn’t exit from what I thought was the media room and in a stern very aggressive manner tells me what was I doing when I still have a whole other bathroom that needs to be cleaned as you can imagine my face was in complete shock because this bathroom was never discussed. The bathroom wasn’t even told that there was this bathroom. I was just incomplete confusion. I said what bathroom I said the downstairs window the guest bathroom. I did that one she said no the primary en suite bathroom my bathroom. I said I thought that was the bathroom. You said it was upstairs. She says that’s the primary upstairs the primary downstairs is my bathroom and it’s been remodeled I said, excuse me, but we didn’t discuss that you didn’t tell me about this. I didn’t know about it, but show it to me because at this point you know I always try to ensure that the customer gets what they want when I tell you folks I walked in and this primary bathroom was literally the size of a small one bedroom apartment over 799 ft.² and had floor ceiling glass steam shower wall to wall, swim tub, soaker tub, spa floor to ceiling, mirrors, clutter product, samples things that she would get for complaining they would send her boxes of stuff for her complaints and her reviews and then think of that nature this is why things started to click in on me so in July, she had mentioned that her maid quit and at the same time is when her mother died this is where she stole me. She tells me about her mother dying and she goes into this long story and I am understanding now at this point why her house looks so cluttered because I’ve been there, I’ve been in that depressive state. I know what it feels like to lose your parent and have it hit you hard and that’s where I thought she was at lil did I know that she was bleeding the death of her mother to get what she wanted there’s a difference between using it to have people understand, but then there’s a difference to using it to having people give you what you want so her pulling on my heartstrings on that token I agreed to do the bathroom. It took me two hours more two hours that I did not charge her for because I felt like she needed a win you know lost your mom you’re going through it. I feel like you need this. I’ll do it for free out of the kindness of my heart. I’m only gonna charge you for the six hours that I did the other bathrooms, but I’ll do this one you know out of the goodness of my heart and I don’t know if any of y’all know about that still but I still am that person so I do this bathroom. I leave her house at this point. It’s 9 o’clock at night. I was scheduled to leave at seven. I’ve been there all day. I was exhausted. I was tired. I was worn out to be honest with you and then just a little bit upset because of the comment she made while I was cleaning the bathroom like I could’ve done this, but I chose not to. I wanted to do it but my husband didn’t wanna let me things like that you know when your cleaners cleaning for you, we don’t wanna hear that it’s rude. It’s just not needed. We’re already tired. We’re cleaning your s**t. Excuse my language but yes, it’s your s**t. You’re literal s**t off your toilet an hour after I got home that evening I receive a refund request from this lady and it’s for the full six hours and she proceeded to give me a one star review because at this point, she has buyers remorse now remember all of the products and stuff that I said that she had in her house and boxes and things like that these were all things that she had ordered off of Amazon and had intention to send back then it starts di**le ling ling in my head. She’s one of those people who has buyers remorse now forgive me to any of my Indian friends from India. I love you all, but this lady was a very, very awful woman from India and believed in only getting her way and she did and she has and she still getting over on people so she gave me the one to review and then dated me with if I gave her a refund she would then of her review with Lil. Does she know that no matter how much of the refund we gave her that one star review drops off of our Page so with my integrity puts on the side and my petty patty Patti LaBelle self gave her $.67 the change from the Clean as her refund and it dropped the review and she was furious. She then starts to text me and message me and call me until 330 4 o’clock in the morning. Send me pictures of doctored photos. I have smears on the floor grass shreds all over the floor fingerprints all over the glass all over the tables if any of y’all know me I’ve seen my work and you know that I’m not that girl you will never see a fingerprint on any of my stuff. I finally had to contact and here’s the kicker folks. Listen to these people do not work for them. Let me say that again do not work for this company. Homeglow is a complete and utter rip off not only for the cleaner but also for the clients sure they get you with that $19 initial Clean but they don’t tell you what your pricing is going to be after that Clean you then have to pay for your membership fee. Your Cleaners fee their fee the platform fee and you’re paying about 400 $500 each clean then so you’re not getting a deal when you buy these $19 cleans from Homeglow Daisy Mae any of those other TikTok Snapchat bulls**t ass cleaning companies they are bulls**t you don’t have dedicated customer support. The customer support that you do get is maybe one person from one town or from India and they will call you on their convenient time. It’s not when you need them. It’s whenever they’re ready to call you. You are asked to leave text messages or voicemails or you are asked to send emails and then they get you get a generated response that says we are not monitoring this line but when somebody sees that they will get back to you and that’s within 48 hours to 72 you don’t know and if you miss that call, you’ve missed your window and guess what they don’t care so I initiated the safety response on my profile. She was harassing me at this point. I hit that I sent for harassment and for her to be blocked off of my number, she would not stop texting and calling and texting and calling calling and calling and calling and calling I initiate the harassment clause. I went to my boss as the guard to my company and told them this person was harassing me insensitively I sent them all of the screenshots. I sent them. Their conversations sent them everything and this woman proceeded to tell them that at the end of the Clean, regardless of however how are things ended I stole three products from her that she asked me to use. Remember, I told you we would need that information there. It is now to those products those three products we’re halfway full and I did use them and I used them to so they were empty. They were in the trash. She calls me as I’m leaving her house and asked me for these bottles or asked me where the supplies I said they’re here in the trash. I’m gonna throw it with the rest of your stuff. She said no I want my bottles I want. I want my product. I bet you there’s still some in there. I said well I’m assuring you there’s not but here you go. I walk up to her door we have we have this whole exchange text about that I walk up to the door. I hand her the bag she says what is this I said it’s your products she said yeah but it’s in the trash bag. I was like well then you’re gonna have to reach in the trash and get them out because again I just stayed there so long I was spent and the way I felt it was like she was accusing me of stealing her product. I don’t have to steal I have unlimited products. I have so many products. I don’t even know what to do with them as far as to put them to use. I know how to use them. I just don’t have a lot of places to put them to use but she in exchange that we were having throughout the night. She then says you have this cart full of cleaning product that you most likely don’t even know how to use so she’s admitting that she saw my cart full of products of my own products. I didn’t get a response from Homeglow four days later after they froze my platform account cleared my schedule gave all my 2 1/half months of pre-booked cleaning of regulars that I had and regulars that were mine and reassigned them to other Cleaners on the platform without my permission without my knowledge without my consent everything these people waving with the extent of going into my personal bank account and issuing this woman a six hour refund on my behalf so when I tell you don’t work for that company do not work for that company. This was the day before Thanksgiving folks from the stress got so sick I could not physically work my heart condition worsened my legs swelled. I’ve had to go get several identifying surgeries done to make sure that it is what we think it is and it is and I could not work and I have not been able to work and it was due to all the stress not just from this one experience, but this one experience did Intel provoke it to the end to put it into motion, but I have been struggling for the last few months I don’t ask for helping I don’t expect charity. I’m just letting you know what’s been going on. I did find a great team to work for his name is Jordan. He owns Pinks Cleaning. I just started that he’s relatively new so I don’t have the income that I still need. I’m gonna post the pictures of all the screenshots and all the conversation in there. I’m going to also post my cash app Venmo if you want to feel compelled to help somebody out my birthday is coming up on the 23rd. I would love to just stay home and relax and have a nice piece of cake and a little glass of wine and bring this year with just some kind of piece and start my year off right for my birthday, I am not a big deal not posting it for that reason but just felt like y’all needed a little insight as to what was going on with me and why y’all haven’t seen very much of me on here. I do thank y’all if you read this whole thing you’re amazing if you haven’t, you didn’t want to it’s OK too I understand we’re busy the long post but at the end of the day I feel like my story needs to be told and Cleaners all around needed to hear this. Do not work for Homeglow Daisy maid any of those TikTok companies or our Snapchat companies they’re posting that are the $19 cleans they rip you off they take your time they don’t value. They literally fired me after keeping me on hold for those four days and then didn’t pay me out what I was owed for another two weeks so made me wait for the money I had already earned for two more weeks because they then fired me for not aligning with their practices and stealing this lady‘s three products so you can imagine how livid I was to be accused of theft fired and broke right before the holiday so Christmas was s**tty. I’m trying not to have a s**tty birthday y’all if I do I do it’s in God‘s hands, but that’s my story. I’m just for warning you folks do not work for Homeglow don’t work for any of those companies and as for as far as you lovely visa paid immigrants that are here from India. You’re not always gonna win and I believe that you think you are. I believe that your God will make you pay for the hell that you’ve put anyone through for selfish reasons and use your advantage to do so and it’s not just Indian people either folks. It’s all people the wealthy. Those people we will say those people it’s the fascist it’s the ones who as I walk in a room, think that I speak Spanish and start talking to me like I’m five and then lose it when I speak proper English because I’m not Mexican I’m Puerto Rican and German and I’m Indian and I’ve got a great little mix so moral of the story. Be careful who you work for. Be careful what you do out of the kindness of your heart. God bless this world we’re stuck in
