Hey everybody after a lot of thought I've decided that I will not be doing flat rates after all, I'm mostly going to charge by the job and as a typical guide line for a standard cleaning it will be $40/hr if you want to add on the fridge that would be an extra $10-$20 depending on how much needs to be done and the oven would be another extra you can add on ranging from an extra $10-20 depending on how much work needs to be done to it. For deep cleaning or help with decluttering that would be based on the job and the work needed to be done so I would have to see how much cleaning or decluttering you will need in order to give you a quote on that.
