Yes, 4th Echo Cleaning.
Cleaning. We provide turnover services, which is cleaning a vacant house before the new tenant moves in. We also can clean YOUR HOUSE either before you move in, or after you move out. This means that our services are for regular people and not just businesses.
Also, we do weekly, daily and sometimes bi-monthly cleaning of offices, libraries, and both public and private facilities. This is for those of you looking for a janitorial service.

We do not clean the house that you currently live in. That is what a maid is for, not a janitor.
Not abandoned property removal and storage. That is what a cleanout crew does.
Not lawn mowing, tree trimming or fixing sprinkler systems. That is what a landscaper does.
Not repairing toilets, sinks, drains or water heaters. That is what a plumber does.
Not fixing ceiling fans or switches or light fixtures. That is what an electrician does. Or property maintenance.
Not cleaning carpets. That is for who? You guessed it, Carpet cleaning service.

But believe me, we tried to put a w**d whacker, trailer and electrical fixtures into the logo. As well as moving men and a shark.
They dont fit in the logo.
Also its not what we do.

Rule #1: Show up on time all the time! Dont flake out or procrastinate.

Rule #2: Do the work so well that you dont have to physically submit an invoice. They just put you on autopayments!

On a side note... Its so nice when dealing with a company where every employee is on the same page. More often than not, the left hand has no idea what the left fingers are doing.

Sorry for not posting recently. Work has been crazy and we are currently in the process of absorbing Dazzling Janitorial. Yay! All current accounts and customers will remain the same. Just the name will change to 4th Echo!
No price increase!

Dont forget to bring a towel..... Or a scrubber....or a vacuum.....or some rags and goo gone... Oooo some razor blades for windows..... And window cleaner.... Probably some bleach..... And a duster... Definately a mop, gotta have a mop...some garbage bags for cleanup...... And some cool little caddys to carry stuff.... And a broom.

Cleaned another one this weekend, took two days of work.
The hair/grease/dirt on every cupboard, door and wall keeps us working. As does the crayon in and on every carpet. We love it. Send us more.
If we cant clean it then it cant be cleaned.

Nailed our first cleaning job yesterday. A small 1 bedroom apartment but man was it dirty. Have more lined up.....keep em comin! We will knock them out in true 4th Echo fashion, nothing left.
