Hey neighbors — Zach Roach here. Most of you know me from around St. Peters and St. Charles. What some of you don't know is what I actually do.
I'm a private chef. Le Cordon Bleu trained, and I've spent 20+ years in professional kitchens — Executive Chef, Executive Sous Chef at places like Pujol and Lovango, ran my own kitchen at One Pub. These days I cook for families right here at home.
So here's the offer: if you've got a birthday, an anniversary, a small gathering, or you just want a real dinner at your own table without doing the work — I come to you. I plan the menu with you, I cook it in your kitchen, and I serve it like you hired a restaurant, because you kind of did.
I also do weekly meal prep for busy families — a fridge full of real food, ready to go.
No corporate anything. It's just me, doing what I've done my whole life, for people in my own backyard.
