As we step into 2026, we are excited to continue providing you with the best cleaning service in the industry! To improve our efficiency and better serve our clients, we are moving to a new management system.
Effective January 1st, 2026, the following policy and payment updates will apply:
💳 New Payment System
To streamline our billing, we are moving to a fully digital, secure payment process.
No Longer Accepted: We will no longer accept Venmo or Zelle.
Secure Links: All payments will now be processed via a secure link sent directly to you.
Fees: Please note that applicable taxes and credit card processing fees will now be applied to all services.
🗓️ Cancellation & Rescheduling Fees
To protect our team's schedule and ensure fairness to all clients:
24–48 Hours Notice: A $100 fee will be applied.
Same-Day Cancellation: Charged at 100% of the cleaning fee.
Booking Requirement: All appointments must be confirmed in order for the cleaning to be officially booked and held on our schedule.
🔐 Lockout Policy
Our team reserves time specifically for your property.
15-Minute Grace Period: We will wait for 15 minutes past the scheduled arrival.
The Fee: If entry is not provided within 15 minutes, it is considered a lockout and will be charged at 100% of the cleaning fee.
