Seeking a Lift Station/Wastewater Technician. Must have 3 to 5 years of lift station and wastewater experience. Prefer experience installing and troubleshooting grinder pumps and control panels, aerators, perform field work to wastewater collection systems, repair technical equipment, perform inspections, understand engineered drawings, coordinate with county and state wastewater departments.
Prefer Advanced Missouri State Septic Installers License. Will assist right candidate in obtaining licensure.

Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative for busy plumbing contracting business. Duties include but are not limited to the following:

Job Description:

1. Answer phones utilizing exceptional customer service. Schedule appointments for plumbing, septic and excavation staff utilizing service application. Become saavy in the language of the industry in order to better communicate with customers and staff. Provide estimates of service when necessary.

2. Monitor schedule and GPS tracking throughout the day to ensure that staff is servicing customer in a timely manner. Communicate with staff to expedite jobs. Communicate with customers with scheduling delays or changes. Ensure that the schedule is being managed so all customers are being serviced up to the minute.

3. Ensure all work orders in service application are scheduled for follow up, estimates or completed.

4. Ensure excavation staff completes daily logs, scan logs to service application. Ensure receipts and rock tickets are turned in.

5. Maintain equipment check out log.

6. General office duties.

Requirements:

1. Three to five years customer service experience.

2. Three to five years general office experience.

3. Three to five years QuickBooks experience.

4. Three to five years experience scheduling and or dispatching service technicians.

5. Prefer knowledge of the plumbing industry.

6. Ability to remain calm and help people who are experiencing emergency situations.

7. High school diploma.

8. Reliable transportation to work.
