Update on father: he’s been battling with his health for the past few years now and finally he went frail and got moved to Aged Care Facility.

We are liquidating items from my father's former residence, following his move to aged care.

These items are no longer required, and he is pleased to generate additional funds for other expenses. We have a truck available for delivery at a small extra cost. Sales will be conducted on a first-come, first-served basis. Please be advised that deposits are necessary to hold each item, as we will be absent until 23rd

Seeking a professional house cleaner who is meticulous in their practices as well as extremely personable and reliable to service both Ulster and Dutchess counties. Must have a warm/kind demeanor, speak English fluently and have a reliable/insured vehicle. Background checks are required.

You will earn $15 an hour during the 1 week training period. Your schedule will initially start out part-time but will quickly expand to full time hours (approx 35 hours a week), which will typically earn up to $700 a week.
