Just finished another house yesterday! I’m looking for a few houses either by weekly or once a month ☀️
A Basic clean consists of :
Dusting:
light fixtures/fans
Door frames
Wall decor
Furniture
Wipe down kitchen and cleaning outside appliances, stove top microwave etc.
Bathrooms
Sweeping and mopping
Blinds, baseboards, windows are extra $$ I will however go over “lightly” blinds and baseboards.
I do not use my own vacuum for carpet I do have a Tineco for hardwood floors for vacuuming and mopping but only if you do not own pets. I clean it before and after use.
I don’t have an hourly rate- I go by Bid. a basic clean depends on how big your home is, if you have pets (hair factor), and what exactly you want cleaned.
Basic rates start at $150-175 could possibly
Go up- but once I set a routine for a few weeks - a month there’s a chance I will lower it just depends on how long it takes me to clean your home.
