RESPONSIBILITIES:
PRIMARY DUTIES - INSTALL TEAM MEMBER
•Working with other member of installation crew to get residential and small commercial sewer systems installed
•Will be performing all ground labor during installations that is required during the course of the job
•Working with laser level to set accurate tank depth and placement
•Working with power hand tools such as saws, drills, etc.
•Making basic plumbing connections from home to sewer system
•Wiring basic 110V alarm/control panels for sewer systems
•Basic wiring for sump pumps and sprinkler pumps for sewer systems
•This position may, at times, have opportunity to run excavator on jobsites as a backup if/when normal operator may be unavailable
•Safely haul equipment and materials on trailer to/from job sites
SECONDARY DUTIES - SERVICE TECHNICIAN
•Troubleshooting/diagnosing issues problems
•Replacing aerators and sump pumps on mechanical sewer systems
•Making repairs on existing mechanical sewer systems
•Locating access ports on existing mechanical sewer systems and digging up by hand
•Accurately diagnosing and resolving issues on sewer systems that have been previously installed
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
•Valid US driver’s license required
•Ability to work independently and as a team in the field while maintaining focus and achieving progress goals.
•Ability to understand the process flow of mechanical sewer treatment systems to be able and properly communicate causes of issues to customers
•Ability to carry up to 80 pounds (primarily concrete related products)
•Ability to haul pipe and other heavy materials around construction sites
•Ability to stand and sit as needed on project work sites, climb ladders, work at heights, and work outdoors in a wide range of weather conditions and temperatures
•Dependable, attention to detail and time management.
•Ability to establish and maintain a working relationship with clients and coworkers.
•Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.
PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
•Experience in electrical or plumbing fields
•Experience running heavy equipment such as excavator and/or skid steer
