Our group's leaders met this morning to hash out some structure for the group moving forward!
*We decided to create a LinkedIn page and Instagram page (in addition to the page).
*We're going to have monthly Zoom meetings that focus on a specific topic and are led by a different member. To accommodate different schedules, we'll offer 2 times for the meeting, 8am and 4pm... once we get an idea which is better attended, we'll stick to just that one time.
*And we'll have 2-3 in-person events throughout the year!

Save the date for the first Zoom meeting on 5/23 at 8am and 4pm CT.

What a fun day! The IL/IN chapter of the Professional Women in Pest Management got together for almost a full day of fun. Patricia Hottel hosted and arranged invigorating talks by Cassie Krejci and Judy Dold, R.B. Pest Solutions shared the amazing work they're up to including their new book (and sponsored lunch), Janelle Iaccino arranged the whole fabulous shindig, and we got to help sort donate books at Bernie's Book Bank! Best of all was sharing experiences and stories with a great group of women in pest management and their allies. Can't wait to do it again!

Thanks to everyone that made it to the meeting on Wednesday while at the Purdue Pest Management Conference! We had a great time chatting about our hopes for the group, what we'd like to contribute and receive from it, and enjoyed a great breakfast. Thanks to Pat Hottel for organizing, B&G and Pelsis for donating a pink Primeline (won by Pat!) and Grammy Tammy's Sewing Closet for the beautiful memory bear (won by Angie!),
