Fulltime and part time positions available for Dayporter position in Dana point.
Cleaning Systems Restroom Areas:
Services performed each visit...
- Restock toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and other supplies.
- Empty trash containers and remove trash to the designated area.
Sweep or dust mop, and wet mop and sanitize ceramic and resilient floor surfaces.
Clean and sanitize sinks, counters, and restroom fixtures including toilet bowls, toilet seats, and urinals.
Clean and polish mirrors, glass and chrome. - Clean and sanitize shower areas
Laundry Room/Storage Rooms:
Services performed each visit...
Empty trash containers in trash rooms and remove trash to the designated dumpster area.
Sweep or dust mop, and wet mop resilient floor surfaces.
Dust corners high/low.
Dust all surfaces, window ledges and shelving.
Remove lint from lint traps in dryers.

Services performed as needed or upon special request
1. Patrol and spot clean entrances, hallways and common areas daily, including: resilient floor (sweep and spot mop as needed), carpeted areas (spot vacuum and remove spots as needed), walls, entrance glass, and internal window glass.
2. Spot clean restrooms and restock restroom supplies twice daily.
3. Clean outdoor garbage bins and ashtrays daily.
4. Sweep outside entrance areas daily.
5. Pick up loose debris in parking area daily,
6. Clean area around garbage dumpster.
7. Set out rain mats as needed
8. Change any burned out light bulbs-if reachable
9. Remove/breakdown boxes before taking to dumpster
10. Assist Facilities Manager/Property Manager as needed
