Requirements:⭐ Accountability, Responsibility & Respect⭐ Must be VERY detail oriented⭐ Cleaning experience is a PLUS PLUS — but not required⭐ Paid on-the-job training is REQUIRED to learn Five Starr Standards⭐ Must pass a drug test & background check⭐ 1099 Contractor Position⭐ Must sign a non-compete agreement

People see the clean house… but they don’t see everything that happens before and after the clean itself. 😭

Loading vacuums, mop buckets, caddies, towels, tools, products, specialty equipment… hauling everything in and back out again all day long.

And then when you finally get home?
You’re still not done.

Cleaning and sanitizing tools, washing rags and mop heads, organizing supplies, restocking products, changing vacuum filters, cleaning out vehicles, charging equipment, getting everything ready to do it all again the next day.

Professional cleaning is SO much more physical and behind-the-scenes than most people realize. 😂
