What can you actually expect when you book with NeatNest?🤍

I talk a lot about what I clean, but not always about the little things that come with having me in your home.

As a solo cleaner, I only book one home a day because I want my full focus on the client I’m there for, not watching the clock trying to make it somewhere else. It gives me time to do the service you booked, pay attention to the details, and usually do a little more.

I’m also a big believer in not walking past something just because it wasn’t technically on my list. If I have time to knock out some dishes, switch over laundry, or give something extra attention, I will. And every now and then, you might find some cleaning goodies left behind too😂🤍 (my favs for the past couple months have been Mrs.Meyers hand soaps and dish soaps😍)

Everything I bring into your home is washed and sanitized between clients, and I leave a checklist after every clean so you know exactly what was taken care of.

At the end of the day, I want you to feel like you got more than just a clean house. You trusted me with your home, and I want the care I put into it to reflect that every single time🤍

One thing about me… I’m gonna find something “extra” to clean🫶🏼

This was one of my monthly homes, so of course I did all of the usual cleaning, but I also spent time on some of those smaller areas that are SO easy to overlook.

The coffee maker tray, buildup around the drains, the bottom of the refrigerator exterior, little dusty details on furniture… nothing crazy, just things I noticed as I went.

They’re such small details, but I genuinely think this is what makes the difference between just getting through a cleaning and actually paying attention to the home in front of you🤍

A little NeatNest availability update because I officially have ONE recurring spot left🥹🤍

I have one Friday opening for a monthly client! This can be a standard clean, deep clean, or something more customized depending on what your home needs.

I’m also opening Nest Reset spots on select Mondays + Thursdays from 1–4/5pm🫶🏼

Nest Resets are a little different from my regular cleanings. They’re a few hours dedicated to whatever would make life at home feel a little easier. Catching up on laundry, getting the dishes handled, organizing a pantry or closet, washing and changing bedding… basically, an extra set of hands for whatever you need help tackling!

Sometimes you don’t need the whole house cleaned, just someone to come in for a few hours and help take something off your plate. That’s exactly what the Nest Reset is for🤍

Okay y’all… I can finally say it’s happening THIS FRIDAY🥹🤍

I’ve been hinting at some changes with NeatNest but I don’t think I’ve really shared just how excited I am about all of this!!

I started NeatNest a little over a year ago with absolutely no idea what it would turn into, and now I get to look at a business that has grown into something I’m genuinely so proud of🥹

This Friday I’m finally sharing the new look of NeatNest!! Andddd after over a year of hiding behind pictures of clean houses, I’m finally introducing myself and a little bit of the family behind it all too🤍

Nothing about the heart of NeatNest is changing, it just finally feels like the right time to show y’all a little more of the person behind it.

I seriously cannot wait🥹🤍

One thing I’ve gotten way more particular about with NeatNest is matching the product to the surface. “Multi-surface” does not automatically mean every surface in your home!!

Two big ones I’m careful with:

Wood floors: I stick with a cleaner specifically labeled safe for sealed hardwood/wood floors and use as little moisture as possible. Too much water, harsh degreasers, or repeatedly using the wrong cleaner can dull the finish or cause damage over time.

Granite + natural stone: I keep it pH-neutral and stone-safe. Acidic cleaners like vinegar are a no for me here, and I’m careful with products that can leave buildup or compromise the sealer over time.

A clean surface is great, but protecting the finish matters just as much🤍

I swear I don’t actually SEE the house I cleaned until I’m officially finished with everything

For hours my face is practically in a baseboard, I’m staring at the corner behind a toilet, checking stainless from 4 different angles… you get the idea

Then I put everything down, walk back through and finally get to look at the whole space instead of the next tiny thing my brain has decided needs my attention.

I think that final walk through might genuinely be my favorite part of the job🤍

Sometimes the “extras” are my favorite part of the clean🫶🏼

I have my regular cleaning routine, of course, but I’ve never been great at walking past something I know I have the time to help with just because it’s not technically “included.”😂

Today that looked like some laundry, dishes, tidying as I went + touching up baseboards along with the regular tasks.

Sometimes an extra 30 minutes to an hour of my time can save a momma a whole week of trying to squeeze those same things in and to me, that’s time well spent🤍

Things your cleaner notices🤍

I swear cleaning houses has changed the way I look at EVERYTHING😂

The tops of fan blades. The little lip around a toilet. Every single thing sitting on a shelf. The fingerprints you can only see when the light hits an appliance just right.

Half of my job is cleaning… the other half is walking around looking at things from 14 different angles to make sure I didn’t miss something!

Okayyy I’ve been keeping a little something to myself and I’m too excited not to say anything anymore🤍

I’ve been working behind the scenes on the next chapter of NeatNest and it’s finally starting to come together🥹

New look, new content, elevated standards, and something I probably should’ve done a LONG time ago… actually introducing myself😂🤍

I’ve poured so much into this business over the last year and I finally feel like it’s time for my page to reflect that too. I’m still keeping everything I love about NeatNest, just making it feel a little more like me and where this business is headed.

I have so much to share with you guys and I seriously cannot wait🫶🏼
