About the Role

Under Pressure is looking for an experienced Parking Lot Striper who takes pride in clean, professional line work and understands production expectations.

We specialize in commercial exterior services across multiple states, and this role is for someone who can run striping equipment, follow layouts, and produce high-quality results without constant supervision.

If you know how to lay out lots correctly and move fast without sacrificing quality — we want you on our team.

What You’ll Do

• Perform precise parking lot striping and pavement markings
• Follow site plans, layouts, curves, ADA, and specialty markings
• Maintain straight lines, spacing, and consistent paint coverage
• Operate and maintain striping machines and related equipment
• Load/unload materials and prep job sites
• Drive company trucks and tow trailers safely
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Communicate with crew leaders and project managers
• Keep equipment and work areas clean and job-ready

Pay & Schedule

$16 – $35 per hour depending on experience and production ability
30–60 hours per week during peak season
Primarily night shifts and weekends
