Today is the last day our little laundromat will be open. đź’™
To some, it was just a laundromat—but to us, it was so much more. Since 2012, it’s been a place where Steven and I learned, grew, and poured so much of ourselves into something we truly cared about.
Steven especially gave so much of himself over the years, always doing whatever it took to keep things running.
We also want to give a very special shoutout to Sheryl Bishop. She has been with us for so many years, doing the laundry day in and day out, and our customers absolutely loved her. She wasn’t just an employee—she became part of our family, and we are so grateful for everything she’s done.
While this wasn’t a decision we wanted, and it’s something out of our control, we trust that when one door closes, another one opens. Even when we don’t fully understand the “why,” we know this isn’t the end of our story.
We are feeling a mix of emotions today, but more than anything, we are incredibly grateful. To everyone who supported us, showed kindness, and was part of this journey—thank you. It has meant more than you know.
As we move forward into whatever comes next, we would truly appreciate you keeping us in your thoughts. ❤️
