I've spent the last 5 years building this business from the ground up, reinvesting every penny I make to get it to where its at. Now that we have a large commercial shop, a fully outfitted van, and several contracts, I'm looking for 2-3 automotive enthusiasts to join my team, and grow with my company.

Pay: Expect roughly $20 - $35 / hr. Base pay is $18/hr or 20% commision, whichever is HIGHER. Certain jobs will give you bonus commission as well. You keep 100% of your tips, and will earn a bonus if you recieve a 5-star review. Depending on your hours, you may also be eligible for benefits.
Schedule/hours: You choose your schedule! Anywhere from 20-80 hrs a week. If you want a rigid, consistent schedule, we'll put you on our contract fleet work, same hours every week. If you need flexibility, you can assign yourself to jobs as they come in.
Responsibilities: As a detail technician, you'll complete interior and exterior details, communicate with clients, take payment, and advise clients on what detailing options might be right for them. You may also be expected to clean up the shop, wash towels, and check inventory.
Growth opportunities: Over the next 2 years, Gray Market Detailing is expected to more than double in revenue and team size. The people who get hired now, will be promoted to managers within as little as 2 months. This would constitute a pay raise, profit sharing, more control over your own schedule, and opportunities to become a part-owner.
Requirements: Reliable transportation. Critical thinking. Automotive interest.
You must be HUNGRY, STARVING for GROWTH and MONEY. This job is demanding, both physically and mentally, but it is insanely rewarding if you can put in the time and effort required. I've spent the last 3 years working 16-18 hr days every single day. No days off, no breaks, no sleep. I'm not going to push you this hard, but if you willingly do it, you will make an absurd amount of money and grow tremendously with this business.
