One thing we’ve learned in business is that you can’t be everything to everyone, and that’s okay.

Some clients are looking for the absolute lowest price, while others are looking for quality, consistency, and peace of mind. We proudly serve the latter.

We’re not the cheapest cleaning company, and we’re not the most expensive either. We believe in fair, honest pricing that reflects the level of service we provide.

Our starting rates look something like this:

🏡 Average Homes: Starting at $160+

🏡 Large Homes: Starting at $200+

🛏️ Airbnb Turnovers: Starting at $200+

✨ Deep Cleanings: Starting at $300+

Final pricing varies based on home size, condition, level of buildup, and the scope of work involved.

We've updated our Service Agreement and Terms & Conditions to clarify expectations and better protect both our clients and our company.

Effective immediately, all new clients must review and sign the updated agreement before services begin. Existing clients will also be asked to sign the updated agreement to continue receiving cleaning services.

The updated agreement covers important topics including:

✔ Payment policies
✔ Cancellations and rescheduling
✔ Property access
✔ Hazardous cleaning conditions
✔ Window cleaning services
✔ Pet policies
