A home that sounds like it needs a full deep cleaning may turn out to need only a few finishing touches. On the other hand, a home that appears relatively clean may have significant buildup, overlooked areas, or extra work that wasn’t apparent beforehand.
That’s why the actual condition of the home and the scope of work matter so much.
An estimate is our best assessment based on the information available, not a guarantee that every home will require the same amount of work.
If the scope of work changes, we’ll communicate with you before proceeding with additional work or an adjusted price. We want you to understand what you’re paying for and feel comfortable with the service you’re receiving.
