Had a city sewer line that had a failed clean out, which caused about a foot or so of effluent to back up into the basement. Fixed the cleanout and installed a new RectorSeal check valve to prevent anymore backups. Call or text at 765-438-1208 for a free estimate.

With Tornado season upon us, I’ll make someone a great deal. I’ll install your shelter for completely free of charge, you just have to purchase the shelter itself. All excavation work is free of charge. But you have to be willing to let me send any other potential customers over to check it out as a selling prop. First come first serve. I’ll have to call to verify this seasons prices, but last seasons prices are now attached. This is why they’re hard to sell, the units themselves are super pricey.

Well, I’ve never ran into having to remove old railroad tracks under the road on a full sewer replacement. I’m glad I had some assistance from some other contractors to assist with this job. Thank you Jake Bergman of Bergman Concrete and Brandon Sullivan from Specialty Maintenance Solutions!! The city main was located 10’ below the tracks. Bergman Concrete Brandon Sullivan.

Some before and after pics. The garage builder left this homeowner with too much dirt that was also too high and pushing rain water towards the foundation. Graded that out and also installed a gravel driveway. Great, cheaper alternative to a concrete drive. Message me for a free quote.
