Yes, there's gutter guards underneath the debris. And if your thinking about installing these. BAD IDEA! They don't work and a big waste of money. As you can see there's still debris underneath them. And would be cheaper to hire MRM to keep the gutters clean once a year rather than falling for something that doesn't work.
