We LOVE the pool and when we used it this summer with the family for a reunion, there is nothing better than the feeling that kids and grand kids are enjoying the heck out of it. The cost just disappears in the picture still in my mind of the absolute fun they all had in it. And, yes, it has added revenue and is a huge seller. Early bookings for next year are at five weeks and I am sure there will be more. We were fully booked by the middle of February for this summer, and I am sure it is because of the pool. Most small houses do not have a pool, and the size and surrounding landscape help it have an open, really relaxed feel. The fence is not right on top of the concrete, and there is room to have meals, lounge, or sit at the bar top table while others are enjoying the pool. The long side on the west edge is a great place to set up corn hole. There are two small black sharpie marks where the edges of the wood targets need to rest to make it regulation. So, thanks, yes, it is a great addition in much more than just the $$.

Glad to give a reference.. First of all I am the type of customer that is all about service and dependable contractor. My experience was everything I had expected and hard to find these days.. I was looking for someone who would do the job and on time and on budget. I was recommended to Pete and Caribbean and was best decision made..

First of all Pete knows the process and pools of course. He was able to get the survey done and all the permitting as quickly as possible and laid out allthe time frames to me which were all met . Once I gave him the okay all went on schedule and the pool arrived and He immediately started install.

He was also able to offer different options up front and save me money in areas. His level of communications was priority 1 and whenever I inquired about anything a quick response.

He was very transparent with costs and I of all people do not like surprises and were not hit with any. His budget –price was right on target and any and all extras I wanted he was able to accomplish without myself having to do. So a turnkey project and on time. I have had to deal with many contractors and Pete by far was the easiest to deal with and most experienced with this product and could not be happier. So without any doubt I would totally recommend Pete and Caribbean 100%
