We’re Hiring – Exterior Service Technicians
Quick backstory: I went to school for business, graduated, and then did a full 180 and got into the trades. Best decision I ever made. That path led to building Coastal Exteriors, and now I’m looking to add a few members to the team.
This is hands-on, outdoor work. From March through November we do power washing, soft washing, roof cleaning and gutter cleaning. Late fall into January is holiday light installs and removals. Winter work is part-time and weather dependent with snow.
Pay starting at $20+ /hr but has potential to be much more based on experience, performance and attitude. Higher rates for snow work depending on the role. Raises are based on skill, reliability, and responsibility.
