These adorable owls are fun to make - and this craft includes a nature walk!

What you need:
A pinecone - Find one with open scales 🌲
Cotton balls - To make it fluffy
Googly eyes - To give it personality 👀
Glue - To glue onto the pinecone
Colored paper - For a cute beak 🦉

1: Go for a nature walk to find a pinecone - one with open scales works best.

2. Tear apart the cotton balls and stuff them into the pinecone.

3. Cut out a triangle for a beak.

4. Glue the googly eyes and beak to your owl.

🍦 Celebrate the last days of summer with an ice cream craft! 🍨

Whether you love chocolate, mint chip, or raspberry, your kids can mix and match their favorite flavors using construction paper, markers, and cotton ball whipped cream.

Supplies: Paper, scissors, glue, markers, and cotton balls.

Steps:
🟢Cut: Snip out paper scoops, a banana, cherries, and a dish.

🟢Build: Glue the banana to the dish, then layer the scoops on top.

🟢Decorate: Draw on toppings like chocolate syrup with markers.

🟢Whipped cream: Fluff up cotton balls and glue them on top.

🟢Cherry on top: Add your paper cherries to finish!
