I’ve been detailing cars and trucks for several decades now. Unfortunately, a lot of folks use their cars aggressively and don’t always have the time to keep them neat and tidy. It’s quite rare that I come across folks that are as nitpicky about their cars as mine. However, I recently found a couple in Eureka that keep their cars just as clean as I do. Meet Tom and Renee!

Tom and Renee are meticulous and steadfast about keeping their cars immaculate. Their first example is a 2018 Honda CRV. You would never guess this car was a 2018 because it’s like brand new on the inside. Take a look at these pictures!

Most people would guess maybe 2021 or 2022, built after the pandemic. But this beautiful car is LIKE NEW! Look at the pictures!!!

Where are the lower prices???

It’s July 31. We were promised from DAY ONE that prices would fall! Where? Sure, eggs aren’t $10 a dozen, but prices are STILL SKYROCKETING! Inflation is UP and the Feds did not lower the interest rate yesterday because of inflation. It’s harder and tougher to pay bills, let alone get your car detailed!

Our good friends Phil and Pat were selling their 2017 Expedition. Phil used it as a work truck. We’ll call this the Godfrey Getter! The Godfrey Getter just needed a good detail before they sold. Guess what happened?

Our cousin Beth and family sometimes leave their vehicle with me to detail while they’re traveling. Their newest ride is my last detail of the year!

Can you guess how old this Toyota is? The pictures don’t do it justice! This car looks like it just rolled off the line.  I thoroughly enjoy details that turn out like these, where the car cleans up so well.

Since 1980, MDZ Auto Detailing has been making vehicles look like new! Trump and Biden don’t have cars this clean, believe me! My dear aunt Pepi was on vacation and she left her vehicle with us. She asked me to clean it but said, “ you don’t have to give it an ‘MDZ Auto Detailing’ detail.

With everyone sheltering in place and enjoying the warmer weather, folks aren't driving as much, but those cars are still dirty!!

My great neighbor Tom noticed me cleaning up Nancy Litzsinger George's beautiful Lincoln last week......he thought it looked so nice that he wanted in! He's not driving as much so he asked me to do his two cars! Here's the first!

We are doing our part to keep the economy moving forward during this difficult time! My most recent detail was interior only (yes we do partial details!) for our good friend and semi distant cousin Nancy Litzsinger George. She needed an interior cleaning for her gorgeous Lincoln. You won't guess the age of this luxury ride! The creamy leather is reminiscent of the 1960s and 1970s Lincolns. Look at how well this beauty shines like NEW!

Welcome to 2020! My first detail of the decade was for my friend Dave. Dave is a previous customer with MDZ Auto Detailing, and he likes my work. 😁

Dave is taking a trip soon, and he borrowed a friend's van. He scheduled time, planned his journey, stocked up on supplies, borrowed a van to drive, and...……….saw the inside! It was a tad dirty! Dave did not want to drive a dirty van. What did Dave do? (You know the end of this story.) He called MDZ Auto Detailing!

You know how these home remodeling shows name the houses? Names you hear twice on the show and five hours later you've forgotten already? Names like 'the shovel house' or 'the magnolia'? Well, I'll call this van 'Dave's Family Truckster' or the 'Vanlinger'. Although this is a work van, and it's worked hard, it cleaned up like new! Dave could not believe how clean the Vanlinger is!

This latest detail was a charity donation to Shepherds Center Webster-Kirkwood! They hold an auction at their annual Chef Wars, and our dear friend Sandra won the detail!

This looks like a BRAND NEW Nissan!!! But it's not-just looks it! Sandra loves this car and I see why. I was impressed by how well the upholstery cleaned up---so many modern car fabrics are incredibly difficult to clean for some reason.

My next detail was from a very smart couple here in Kirkwood. They wished to detail their SUV to trade in on a newer model.

Wait, what?

Mark, why would you detail a car just to get rid of it?

The answer: $$$$$$
