A MESSAGE TO ALL OF OUR CUSTOMERS IN REGARDS TO CORONAVIRUS .
We want to inform you that at this time we are doing business pretty much as normal, but are implementing the following changes:
1. When taking an order for repair service, we will be asking you if anyone in your household/premise is ill. If so, we will not be scheduling any service at that time. If no-one is ill, we will schedule an appointment for service, but before going out, we will call and ask you the same question again.
2. We will advise you If the tech that is to come out gets ill and reschedule you for another day.
3. Minimal contact with our tech. We prefer no contact with the tech if possible. If you have a question, we ask that you call our office @ 425-828-7727. We will call the tech and have him call you. If it is something you need an answer to immediately, we ask that you please stay the distance of 6 ft. away.
We value each and everyone of you and want to keep you and our techs safe.
We will notify you if there are any other changes.
