After 26 years of pouring her heart into SERVPRO, Mrs. Charlene is officially stepping into retirement. As much as we will miss seeing her every day, we couldn’t be happier for her!
(We did wait a week before posting this just to make sure she meant it this time… because the last “retirement date” somehow still ended with her showing up at the office. 😂)
To say Mrs. Charlene helped shape this company would be an understatement. Her and Mr. Tony took a risk starting our franchises, and have built a lasting foundation! She is a crucial part of the foundation of who we are. For years, she was the first one in the office every morning, the steady presence everyone counted on, and the person who always made time to listen, talk, laugh, and genuinely care about the people around her.
She created more than a workplace — she helped create a family. Her leadership, loyalty, work ethic, and heart have touched every employee, every customer, and every corner of this company over the last 26 years.
Now, she’s finally trading early mornings and office phones for beach days, camping trips, cruises, sunsets, and a glass of wine in hand — all things she truly loves and deserves. 🍷🌊⛺🚢
While she may not be walking through the office doors every day anymore, her impact will always be here. The systems she built, the culture she created, and the love she poured into this company will continue for years to come.
Mrs. Charlene, thank you for the sacrifices, the long hours, the wisdom, the conversations, the laughter, and the unwavering dedication to SERVPRO and to all of us. There simply aren’t enough words to express how grateful we are for everything you’ve done.
Enjoy this chapter — you’ve earned every second of it.
(But if a hurricane comes through… we already know you’ll somehow still be the first one at the office. ❤️)
