We are pleased to announce that Alvaro Hernandez was one of the 2 winners of our annual Service Excellence Award. Alvaro, who is a Lead at his account, was nominated by his Supervisor Carolina Salazar. Carolina cited Alvaro's excellent work performance throughout the year, always keeping his staff motivated and instilling a sense of team work with his crew and having an excellent work ethic displayed thru his honesty. I would like to share a heartwarming moment that reflects the integrity of Premier Building Services. One of our cleaning techs found a $100 bill on the floor at their account, and chose to return it by leaving it on the client's desk with a note explaining that he found it. This displays an incredible level of honesty and trustworthiness. This small but powerful act speaks volumes about the character of our staff and the values we hold at Premier Building Services.

"We treat our clients and staff in an honest and professional manner" are not just words that exemplify one of our core values of ETHICS. We actually live those words thru examples such as this.

It's moments like this that make us proud to have such honorable staff as part of our team.

At Premier Building Services we take immense pride in the honesty and integrity of our employees. This recent act serves as a testament to the unwavering trustworthiness that defines our team. We believe in upholding the highest ethical standards, and this display of integrity reaffirms that our employees not only embrace these values, but also display them in their daily routines. Winners of our 2020 Service Excellence All Star Award were Jimmy Gil and Eduardo Castillo. Here is a picture of them receiving their check for $500.

Jimmy Gil and Eduardo Castillo has been working with Premier Building Services for over ten years. Both Jimmy and Eduardo have had excellent attendance records, always perform at a high level and have always gone over and above whenever called upon to do so.

We look forward to their efforts at providing great customer service to our clients.
