prices vary depending on service needed but basic lawn mowing starts at $50 minimum/per acre. Lawn care control, w**d eating, leaf and brush removal, landscaping, hard scape, mulching, shrubbery trimming, gutter cleaning, fire pit construction, pressure washing services for homes porches and decks. there's really not anything that he can't do

and I do have a few personal residential homes that are clean and can possibly take on at least two more if anybody would be interested in that I do deep cleaning spring cleaning weekly cleaning whatever it is you need done I can do it. I can clean out garages and buildings and organize them. I'm usually the one behind the phone making the post sharing them and trying to get new customers and more business for John we would love for you to come grow with us and become part of our work family our clients are always number one priority and our clients are always right and we will always do right by our clients and our customers.

*window cleaning services include weekly, bi weekly and monthly appointments. this is generally inside and out. We do commercial businesses, store fronts and residential homes. both personal and professional references. we have several companies and clients that we wash for in the Kingsport area and we have just recently branched to Johnson City where we are beginning to take over there as well we would love for you to come grow with us

I really hate making this post but here goes nothing..
Owning your own business and working for yourself can have its ups and downs just like any other job, it's making your own hours, scheduling what jobs that you want to take on or not... We don't have a company truck and use our own personal vehicle on big jobs where I do need a truck I borrow my father's so in turn I have to put gas back into his vehicle but it is also wear and tear on our own personal vehicle it's where and tear on our mowers, w**d eaters, leaf blowers, chainsaws ECT.
It's having to haggle with people about pricing an estimates when I don't charge for estimates to begin with so therefore I have to drive to your house look at what you're needing done and that is gas out of my pocket sometimes they like the estimate sometimes they don't but regardless because we do offer free estimates again I repeat that is gas out of our own pocket we're not making profit at all to come out an estimate your yard or your brush pile or whatever the case may be.
It's working 10 to 12 days straight in a row from daylight to dark and on the flip side of that it is sometimes the exact opposite sometimes we might not work for three or four days in a row just because we don't have any jobs scheduled. It's making $3,000 one week and $100 the next week. We do not have business cards so it's a lot of making post and sharing them to groups on Facebook and hoping that someone will share my post! We still have all of the same yards that we mowed and landscape last year the windows are separate from The yards but in with the same business on the window aspect we clean for mini businesses in the downtown Kingsport and Johnson City area we don't do many residential homes we have a few but we've been doing those for a long time too one thing that we have always pride our cell phone is number one the free estimates and number two which I think should be number one is my little slogan I like to say which is guaranteed cheaper pricing and rates than any other competitor in the same field so with that being said I have been getting so many messages with people wanting 30 yard made for the summer or wanting brush removed from their property and that's great that's fantastic that's wonderful that's what I did on my downtime this year and about January started sharing all of these posts to my Facebook groups and my personal page hoping they would be shared because we've never got this many inquiries in the past but then I got to thinking okay why is this because no one person whom I have spoken with locks my estimates and I am not getting stuff like that I seemed to always overpriced so I'm like all right, I give my little speech to them thank you for inquiring about J&H I appreciate your time I asked them their wants or needs I give them a ballpark figure I asked them to send me any pictures that they have such as maybe a brush pile or a fence they're wanting cleared out or even their yard that way I can get an idea of how big it is so I'm able to give that ballpark figure then I'll tell them when my fiance gets home from work I will show him these pictures I'll tell him what you need done what you're wanting done I will get a correct estimate which a lot of times you can't go by photos you have to go look in person photos are very deceiving. We tried so very hard to do the best job that we can do for you guys and we try very hard to make it affordable because I know what it's like I also know times are hard right now grocery prices gas prices along with everything else just seem to went up all at once overnight without any warning I mean I can't go to Walmart without buying a $12 pack of hamburger meat and the reason for that is you know I can't have a lot of fat because of my diet and problems with my stomach so I have to get the lien not 3%. I can't get the cheaper meat and it's outrageous I put $15 in my little four-cylinder car the other day and yes I was on empty but I didn't even get a half a tank of gas it was almost a half a tank of gas but not quite I realize that I'm not the only one going through this we are going through this as a community and as a state and as a country in general but at the same time we have to live and this is what we do for a living and still with my prices that I'm giving people I really don't think that you're going to find anybody cheaper unless you know you pay your nephew who's 16 or something to mow it for $20 bill so he can have spending money for that afternoon anybody else is going to be way higher than we are and when you come back around again to be like you know what I'm sorry I do want you to come on my yard I'm probably going to be busy mowing somebody else's yard and I apologize for that I'm not trying to be rude I'm not trying to throw anybody under the bus so to speak I just want you guys to know that I have to make a living too I have to put gas in my car too I have bills that I have to pay also. I am sorry that I had to post this I am sorry I have to post it to my personal page and let it be shared there as well for those who don't know....
We still have every one of our yards that we have started with since day one and we also still have all of our windows which to be honest I've quit advertising for Windows because we have so many right now that it would almost be impossible to even take one or two new businesses on. John did this by himself all last year I had a car accident on March 3rd and I broke my patella into different places shattered the whole knee cap and tore a ligament they had to cut the bad out and re-stretch it so I was laid up all last summer I did not even know my own yard he had to do it all by himself and he has a part-time job apart from the business in which he works for a lady who owns her own business and what they do is what do is on a portable toilet company business in which they set toilets for construction sites nuclear fuel services but the biggest contract they have is with Aaron Earhart at Bristol motor speedway he owns a few campgrounds up there and they set toilets for each race the one in the spring and then the one in the summer and John works both of those races he also washes the toilets for them after their pumped out so that they can go and set more occasionally he does ride and he pumps septic tanks with their son but I know this is getting lengthy I just felt like this needed to be said we have a lot on our plate just like everybody else does and all we're trying to do is make a living but I can't mow a yard as well as we'd eat and then blow your sidewalks off for $25 when you tell me it takes two and a half hours to mow and that's push mowing not riding and anytime we haul off brush because there is a burn ban right now we have to take it to the dump and for one truck load it's $16 so if you have loads of brush and our minimum amount that we charge for any yard or landscaping related services is a $50 minimum and you have two loads of brush I'm making a 32 dollar profit just saying just saying like I said I'm not trying to be mean rude I'm not trying to be hateful I just am trying my best way that I know how to explain why we are still the cheapest while we can't do it any cheaper if that makes sense
But I still appreciate every single one of you some are new to the page some have been here for a while I appreciate all the locks and shares I get when I do post to groups because I don't pay for boosts.. I hope that you all have the best day is anybody else ready for this rain to clear up besides me love rain but every single day lol!!!
