Another before and after picture, and of course a clean house and a happy client. The house had your average dirt and grime on it, but it’s always a good idea to have your house cleaned before it’s covered and mold and algae. This helps preserve the integrity of the vinyl.

It’s getting to be the season. Pools are opening up, people are spending more time outside, and exterior cleaning is being done. Exterior cleaning is not limited to just the side of your house. It can includec driveways, sidewalks, patios, pool area, and other flatwork.

This was getting the cleaning agent on the driveway and then cleaning it with our surface cleaner.

Another house done with great results. We are using a cleaning solution to do all the work so your house doesn’t just come out clean, it stays clean longer! This house had a few obstacles, including 3 birds nests the home owner didn’t want to disturb under their porch. We are happy to say no birds had to relocate during this cleaning, and the house still came out great!

This before and after picture was taken after one of our basic house washes. This stain is not organic growth (mold, mildew, or algae) so it did not come off. When you know what stains are on the house you know how to take care of them. These extra steps can be included in other packages we offer. I believe the results show the benefit of these packages.

We get it, people enjoy curb appeal by their residence. This is why we take the extra steps to make sure your plants keep their PH levels as we clean. We take the extra steps, attend to the tiny details, to make sure our job is always up to the customers satisfaction. This is presoaking the plants before cleaning, and they will get it after cleaning too.

Many people enjoy having flowers and bushes for curb appeal near their house. On this job, we knew one of these bushes do not react well with the cleaning agent used to clean the house. So we took the extra step to make sure this plant and its soil stayed at the right pH level while the house was cleaned. Even if it is not directly against the house, the wind, and over spray can happen. They appreciated the extra steps taken to keep their flowers alive.
