Update on our waitlist!

Having a waitlist is such a slippery slope. We currently have over 20 individuals on that list for recurring services. We never want anyone to have to wait, but quite frankly we just don’t have the man power to fit more recurring clients at this time.

The reality is we have only lost 3 clients in over 7 months that were not our personal choice to let go for whatever reason that they were just not a good fit for us as a company. We have very loyal clients that very rarely choose to discontinue services.

We have hired two new cleaning techs, but due to their availability they are not able to start taking their own recurring cleans.

We’re trying our best! But we will never risk the results you’ve known to expect and trust just to make a buck. We’re still hiring and looking for our new perfect team member!

We truly value every single person who not only hires us, but even just considers us, recommends us, or follows our page. 💛

Not the before and afters we like to share, but the ones I feel need sharing.

Yes. They’re different. No, it’s not an AI goof.

When you’re choosing cleaners to come into your home, you’re choosing humans. We choose to be humans with accountability.

While cleaning this shower today I had lowered the shower head to be able to effectively clean in between the nozzles and get as much hard water as I possibly could. Little did I know at first that when I loosened the fastener, the same way I loosen every fastener, something inside the mechanism had broken. It would not stay suspended, and subsequently also broke something in the diverter so the handheld had zero water pressure.

While we are insured (which is always recommended) this was not a scenario where we could, or even wanted to, file a claim, then wait. So instead we took action. I immediately stopped where I was at, let the client know what happened, and off to Lowe’s I went. I was less than enthralled to find out that they didn’t have anything remotely similar to their original piece in stock. Luckily the client was okay with choosing a different style.

The clean took longer than anticipated with this hiccup. But they were still very happy with the service. And now it looks brand new 😉

No additional charge for my screw up, no additional charge for the extra time. Just wanted to make it right. Not everyone will, or has the means to be able to fix something like this on site. We’re all pretty grateful to have a Mr. Fix It on staff (Shay Mcnabb).
