We are hiring! HSG is looking to fill the following positions-

Truck/Heavy Equipment Mechanic
▪︎ Able to complete solo tasks
▪︎ Show up on time
▪︎ Experience is required
▪︎ Able to preform maintenance and simple repairers on our fleet of Trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment

Class A CDL Driver
▪︎ Must have a valid cdl
▪︎ Pass random drug & alcohol tests
▪︎ Be able to take directions from others
▪︎ Driving quad dump trucks & day cab pulling various dump trailers

Equipment Operator
▪︎ Road patrol motor grader, front end loader, and tractor/road ditch mower
▪︎ Will help train but experience around heavy equipment is a must
▪︎ This position will be doing township maintenance for our contracts we have held for 30+ years. Pride in work is a must!

We are a small family business located in Kimball,MN. All local work and home nightly. 45-60 hours per week average. Snow plowing options are available for winter work. Please reach out with any questions

This person will be responsible for but not limited to, operating grade stick, soil compactor, pipe laying, light landscaping, township roadway maintenance duty, light machinery maintenence, some heavy equipment operating and so on.
