Pool & Spa Service Technician

We’re looking for dependable, motivated individuals who take pride in doing quality work — even when no one’s watching. This is an independent, hands-on job where you’ll be trusted to maintain and service pools and spas at residential and commercial properties throughout the Outer Banks.

You’ll be a great fit if you:
• Are self-motivated and take ownership of your work
• Show up on time and ready to go, every day
• Can follow directions and complete assigned tasks without constant supervision
• Pay attention to detail and care about doing things right the first time
• Have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Are comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Want to learn and grow in a trade with year-round demand

Responsibilities include:
• Cleaning and maintaining pools and spas (vacuuming, brushing, chemical balancing, etc.)
• Following checklists and reporting results using mobile apps (like CompanyCam)
• Communicating with the team and office when issues arise
• Respecting customers’ properties and representing the company professionally
