Cedar siding is expensive! This customer just bought the property, and this is currently her only sanctuary while her condo is renovated. She was quoted by a company to pressure wash it. Not a good idea as it will eventually lead to damage. Then quoted by another company to soft wash it. She had more concerns as it is a condo in an HOA, over a small lake, with a neighbors porch underneath. The HOA & other properties surrounding the lake are very protective of the lake as the wild life there is beautiful, and a kind of sanctuary for residents. The company that would have soft washed it would have for sure killed fish and turtles in the lake. Her HOA was very concerned and demanded that the only chemical that be applied be an oxygen based cleaner. She had no luck finding a company that really knew what to do till she contacted us. Dial-A-Dad Pressure Washing is knowledgeable and takes the their customers concerns very seriously. We immediately told her the name brand of the product we would be using and informed her it was an oxygen based cleaner. She told the HOA the name of the product and they called the EPA to ensure this was a safe product to use. The EPA looked up the Material Safety Data Sheet and approved its use. I think the results speak for themselves. Note: The flooring is foam and being replaced.
