We Are Hiring – Site Technician

We’re looking for a capable, motivated person for exterior and site work. This is hands-on work that requires pride in craftsmanship and the ability to work independently.

Work includes:

Gutter installation

Water tank & liner installations

Tank cleanings

Drainage & excavation

General exterior/site work as needed

Outdoor work in Southeast Alaska conditions — on roofs and ladders, around equipment, and lifting materials regularly.

Schedule: Typically Monday–Friday, with longer days depending on weather and projects.

Pay starts at $30/hour, with room to grow based on performance and responsibility.

Requirements:

Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation

Able to pass a drug test

Mechanically inclined

Comfortable at heights

Able to work independently

Trade experience preferred. Equipment experience and CDL are a plus.

Full-time preferred. Long-term opportunity with growth potential.

While developing, large amounts of shot rock & fill will be produced— both of which will be for sale and can be picked up or delivered.

Pricing starts at 150 a load (delivered); Cost dependent on delivery location, amount, and desired rock size.

As many of you know, with our expansion to other services and newly added kiddos to our family, we have had less time to fulfill our on-call bulk potable water delivery service. After 20,000,000 gallons of water delivered, we have decided its time to make a change.

As of today, we have sold *ONLY* the bulk potable water delivery portion of our business to Ketchikan Water. This includes the bulk trucks and the water delivery phone number: 9076171514. We look forward to working with them.

We still offer all of our other services and can be reached at our other number: 9072207399.

Services still offered:

Seamless Gutters
Water tank cleaning, repair, and installation.
Tank liner sales and installation
Underground Leak Repair
Drainage solutions and small excavation work
Commercial & residential pressure washing
Snow & Ice Management

This will not impact any of the above services, including those already scheduled; we hope that this will allow us to respond more efficiently now that lack of rain will not affect our schedule.
