Okay that sounds great, but what all does that mean?
For consistency it is cleaning thoroughly every single time whether it’s is a quick turn over or not. Wiping down cabinets, dusting blinds, getting under beds, dusting ceiling fans and light fixtures. These are things that we have noticed ourselves and also when talking to owners of airbnbs the stuff that is often times missed.
We know cleanliness matters to ratings, but it also matters to us because we represent you and your home.
Open communication, we love to text or call our clients the minute we are on-site and the minute we leave. Sometimes running late happens and we try to communicate that as well. The last thing we offer is pics of completed rooms or if you have time we can facetime a walk through. This way you get that last minute approval before the arrival of your next guest.
Attention to detail/maintenance, I am constantly checking light fixtures, changing lightbulbs when needed, checking fans and air conditioners to make sure everything is in working order for when your guest arrive. Making sure front entrances, back patios are free of leaves and debris, as well as checking around the property for trash. We want your guest to enjoy the views of the hill country and everything your property has to offer while they are here.
