We definitely need a lot of good rain! 🌧️

We’ve been stuck in a pretty bad drought for a while now, and we’re really hoping and praying we get some steady rain SOON.

Until then, we recommend giving your lawn a well-deserved drink. You don’t have to completely soak it — just set up a sprinkler and let it run for about 15–20 minutes a few times throughout the week. That can make a big difference while we wait this drought out.

One easy way to measure how much water your lawn is getting is the “tuna can test.” Set out an empty, clean tuna can in an area your sprinkler reaches. Once the can fills up, your lawn has received more than enough water for the week.

It’s also better to spread watering sessions out over several days rather than dumping a ton of water all at once. Slow, consistent watering helps your lawn absorb moisture much more effectively.

A quick planting project at Project:Re3 Church in Kernersville this morning!

We installed 3 Emerald Green arborvitae to represent the 3 days Jesus Christ spent in the tomb before His resurrection, along with 7 Compacta holly shrubs symbolizing the fullness and completeness of God’s perfect plan.

These additions will bring some fresh color and life to a wonderful, welcoming church right here in our community.
