Come join our crew. We have over 48 years of experience - looking to hire positive individuals who are reliable and have experience in the field. Need a weekday job? Weekend job? We've got both options available.

Must be okay with working on ladders and with heights and work is outdoors in ever changing weather conditions. We also provide pressure washing, roof/moss treatment, gutter cleaning services as well as boatswain chair work. Pay starts at $18/hour.

Ideal candidates should:

- Enjoy working outdoors
- Be able to problem solve
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment
- Shows up ON TIME and ready to work
- Works well with a team or alone
- Good communication
- Valid drivers license
- Clean criminal record and pass a background check
- Have a cell phone
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to move a 32' ladder, 40' would be a bonus.

All work is done with company vehicles and equipment.

Must be okay with working on ladders and with heights and work is outdoors in ever changing weather conditions. We also provide pressure washing, roof/moss treatment, gutter cleaning services as well as boatswain chair work. With experience, pay starts at $18/hour.

Currently we have a contract that pays prevailing wage but jobs will vary - our strongest crew will be on the contract job as we need experienced crew to get the work done. $31/hour.

Position 1 - 3/4 Openings : Crew Member - limited but some experience. Pay $17-$20/hour.

Position 2 - Lead/Supervisor : Experience in the field and in managing people. Pay is negotiable depending on experience level.
