We enjoyed dinner at Luigis Italian Restaurant, grabbed dessert at Sweet Nonsense, and ended with some fun at the bowling alley! 🎳

We recently had someone comment on our logo and tell us that a praying mantis isn’t a pest.

And they’re absolutely right. We know that.

We chose the praying mantis intentionally.

To us, it represents patience — a reminder to slow down and be intentional with both our business and our customers. In a world that constantly pushes hustle and striving, we want to remember that sometimes stillness is best.

Like many insects, praying mantises molt and grow through stages. That symbolizes personal growth and the growth within our business.

Our logo is more than just an image. It’s a reminder of where we started. A reminder to stay humble. To whisper a quiet “thank you” for every customer we receive.

We don’t want to become a business that rushes past people. We want to serve intentionally, grow steadily, and remember the values we started with.

Had a helper in the kitchen this morning! 🫐🍓✨

Pop tarts were such a hit last week that we had to make more! This round we made blueberry, strawberry, and cinnamon. Let’s just say… They disappeared fast!

Building our business has been a lot like baking with our kids. It takes patience, hard work, and lots of love!
