1967 Shelby GT350
Some of you might remember this one from Labor Day weekend!
We made the trip out to Pennsylvania with our enclosed trailer to pick up this beautiful 1968 Shelby GT350 that a customer had recently purchased. After getting it loaded up and safely back to Wisconsin, it was time to give this classic some much-needed attention.
The biggest focus was the paint. Years of swirling, scratches, and haze had taken away from the finish, so we spent some serious time correcting the paint and bringing back the gloss, clarity, and depth that this car deserves.
As you can see from the pictures, the difference is pretty significant!
Projects like this are exactly why I enjoy what I do. Getting the opportunity to work on a piece of automotive history is something I don't take lightly, especially knowing how much these cars mean to their owners.
From picking it up across the country to putting the finishing touches on it here at the shop, it's been a pretty cool experience seeing this one come together.
A huge thank you to the owner for trusting Mirror Finish Auto Revival with such a special car!
