We recently helped another Chinese restaurant that had been getting done wrong by multiple other exhaust cleaning companies over the years. But after adding a couple access panels and hours of scraping we removed close to 50lbs of solid grease and this was just round one lol! Chinese restaurant grease is the hardest to remove in our industry and at this particular place no one has ever cleaned the horizontal duct in 20 years of this building being in operation so we added an access panel and used a magnetic razor scraper, admittedly this was a rough night but we got it done! No matter how bad your system is we can help!
