Here’s a neat project to check out!

A customer asked me if our cleaning method would work on wood furniture, so we gave it a shot…and boy did it turn out AWESOME!!

So good, that we then decided to stain them as well!

What a way to move in to your new place! Fresh paint, fresh carpet, brand new deck….and FRESHLY STAINED!!

This deck was built a few months ago as the house was being built and ready to stain before winter comes. In my opinion the customer perfectly chose a color to complement.

Also included is a porch swing to match the deck! And the complete underside of this deck was stained.

Maybe you had your deck or fence stain within the last few years….

How long did you plan on that lasting?

Don’t be fooled by the numbers on the side of the stain container saying it will last 5, 10, 25 years!! Those numbers will hold up if your deck or wood structure is in a bubble…without foot traffic, furniture, grills, kids and pets running all over them.

Maybe it wasn’t cleaned correctly, or maybe the stain selection wasn’t the best choice. Whatever happened, you need to continue to protect your investment with maintenance cleaning and re-applications.

This deck was stained 2.5 years ago and was fading quickly.

Maintenance coats are quick, easy and cheaper than the first application. We can do a quick clean to remove the external mold, algae and mildew that grows on the surface of the deck or fence, then re-apply a lighter coat to continue to protect your investment.

This deck will now hold up for another couple years after a maintenance coat was applied this week!

We applied a two step chemical wash, let it dry and covered it with a top of the line oil based stain.
