Oak City Cleaning Services offers a competitive compensation starting at $17 per hour.

Duties include, but not limited to:

*Vacuuming/Mopping/Sweeping all floors

*Dusting and wiping all flat surfaces; (i.e. desk, window sills)

*Cleaning and stocking restrooms and breakrooms

*Internal Window cleaning

*Sanitizing high touch areas, (i.e. doorknob handles, light switch, arm of chairs in office and common area)

*Emptying trash and transporting to proper disposal area

*May perform other duties as assigned

Ideal Candidate Experience

*Be at least 18 years old

*Must be able to work evenings and weekends

*Does not have to have cleaning experience

*Understand that safety is a top priority and comply with all safety rules, policies, and procedures

*Must be a team player and committed to working in a quality environment

*Demonstrates exceptional customer service skills



This role is physical, all candidates must be able to perform the necessary functions and tasks of the job which include but not limited to:

*Stand 33%, Walk >66%, Sit

Summary of Responsibilities: Reporting to the Operations Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

Part-time
Must be available after 6pm
Clean offices
Sweep and mop floors
Sanitize restrooms
Clean interior windows and glass mirrors
Replace guest amenities and supplies in rooms
Remove trash, dirty linens, and room service items
Greet guests and take care of requests
Straighten desk items, furniture, and appliances
Vacuum carpets and floor care duties
Skills Required

Punctuality - Must be able to arrive on time or early for your scheduled shift.

Good attitude - We are looking for people who are eager to please and go the extra mile to ensure guests have an exceptional experience
