Just a quick reminder from Ruby Spas, we are by appointment only for hot tub viewing.
We’ve had a large increase in last-minute cancellations and no-shows lately, and because of that we want to clarify why appointments are important for our business. We maintain a very busy schedule with deliveries, service calls, installations, and customer support throughout the day, so we are not always physically at the shop during normal business hours.
Scheduling appointments allows us to make sure:
• Someone is available to meet with you
• The showroom is open and ready
• We can give each customer the time and attention they deserve when shopping for a hot tub
If you need to cancel or reschedule, we completely understand — we just ask for a 24hr notice out of respect for our time and other customers waiting for appointments/ customers needing repairs as we are a business operated by technicians.
We truly appreciate everyone’s support and understanding, and we look forward to helping you find the perfect spa!
