Nova Clean Northwest Montana is looking for dependable people to join our team in a 1099 position.

Our primary focus is post-construction cleaning, so experience in post-construction cleaning is highly preferred. Experience in commercial cleaning is also a plus, but we’re looking for people who understand the pace, attention to detail, and quality that construction cleanup requires.

Who are we?

Nova Clean Northwest Montana specializes in post-construction cleaning throughout the Flathead Valley. We partner with builders, contractors, and project managers to prepare newly completed homes and commercial projects for final walkthroughs, homeowner handoffs, and move-in day. Our goal is simple: deliver a clean that reflects the quality of the craftsmanship.

What we offer:
• $30/hour
• Flexible scheduling based on project needs
• Opportunity for consistent, ongoing work for the right people

Qualifications:
• Post-construction cleaning experience preferred
• Commercial cleaning experience is a plus
• Reliable transportation
• Strong attention to detail
• Dependable work ethic
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Cleaning equipment is preferred, but not required

Another beautiful custom home completed for Malmquist Construction.

This project received our complete post-construction cleaning package, including a full interior clean, final detail clean, and interior and exterior window cleaning throughout the home.

With soaring glass and hard-to-reach areas, this wasn’t your average final clean. Interior window cleaning required 4 tiers of scaffolding, while the exterior glass required a 34-foot hydraulic manlift to safely access every window. From removing construction dust and debris to detailing every surface, fixture, and pane of glass, our team worked hard to ensure this home was ready for its final reveal.
