“Eviction Fluid” is a blend of male raccoon scent glands. When applied properly and at the appropriate times it is almost always the best option for removal, for all parties involved. Here we see a female raccoon exiting an attic shortly after eviction fluid was applied. She will find a new den in her territory greatly increasing chances of survival for her and her kits.
