We’re growing and we’re looking for dependable, detail-oriented people to join our team.

This is a great fit if you:

Like staying physically active (this is not a desk job)
Take pride in doing things the right way
Show up on time and follow through
Communicate well and want to improve
Want a steady Monday–Friday schedule (no nights or weekends)

What to expect:

Full-time hours (Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm)
Weekly pay + tips + performance-based earnings
Supportive team environment (we actually help you succeed)
Clear systems and training so you’re not guessing every day

Requirements:

Reliable vehicle that can carry cleaning supplies
Located in the Kalamazoo area (long commutes typically don’t work long-term with this role)
Smoke-free vehicle and work environment (we’re entering clients’ homes and want to keep everything fresh and clean)
Able to handle physical work (bending, lifting, moving throughout the day)
Consistent weekday availability
This isn’t the right fit for everyone.
