RESPONSIBILITIES
Communicating with customers with dignity, courtesy, and respect.
Exhibiting professional appearance and conduct at all times.
Providing a world-class customer experience that exceeds customer’s expectations.
Ensuring on-time arrival to daily customer appointments.
Safely driving a company vehicle to and from customer’s houses
Maintaining and managing adequate inventory levels of product and equipment.
Servicing customer's houses according to the Xpress Maids system.
Working safely to avoid injuries and damage to property and equipment.
Distributing Xpress Maids promotional materials.
Accurately complete necessary paperwork, including work orders.
Routinely cleaning equipment including company vehicles.
SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS
Must have a passion for cleaning.
Must have at least one-year house cleaning or housekeeping experience.
Must pass a criminal background check and a drug test.
Must have a clean driver’s license.
Must be humble, teachable and able to follow instructions.
Must have a burning desire to grow with the company.
Must be exceptionally detail-oriented and fast.
Must be able to excel in a team environment.
Must remain smoke-free in customer's houses and in Xpress Maids vehicles.
Available to work Monday through Friday, from 7:30 am. to 5:00 pm.
Ability to stand and bend for extended periods of time.
Ability to lift up to 31 lbs. at one time and carry up and downstairs.
Must be self-motivated and have a positive attitude.
Must have excellent organizational skills.
Must have excellent time management skills.
Experience working with minimal supervision.
Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
