J & J Cleaning

08/04/2026

We have an exciting update to share: J & J Cleaning is transitioning to new ownership!

Earlier this year, we anticipated needing to close the business. We are incredibly grateful that instead, we found a path forward that allows the business to continue serving our customers and the Juneau community.

We’re pleased to introduce the new owners, Wilfred Belgrave and Katie McKeown, owners of Leave It To Us Property Management & Cleaning Services. They are committed to continuing the dependable, high-quality service you’ve come to expect and look forward to getting to know our customers.

Dave will stay on full-time for the next six weeks to help with the transition and continue working with them part-time afterward. His involvement will help provide continuity as Wilfred and Katie take over operations.

We are grateful for the relationships we’ve built and the trust you’ve placed in us over the years. It has truly been a privilege to serve Juneau, and we’re thankful the business will continue on.

During the transition, there may be some adjustments to scheduling and operations, and we appreciate your patience as everyone gets settled. Jennifer will also stay on for the next 10 days to help monitor emails and assist with the administrative transition.

We hope you’ll join us in welcoming Wilfred and Katie and supporting them as they begin this next chapter!

With gratitude,
Aaron & Jennifer Katzeek

To our valued customers and community,

Due to a serious medical diagnosis within our family, we have made the difficult decision to close our business. This has not been an easy choice, but our focus needs to be on family and health during this time.

We will continue monitoring messages, emails, and voicemails as we are able throughout this transition, though responses may be delayed. If you need assistance with an account, payment, or another urgent matter, please reach out and we will do our best to respond as soon as possible.

For those looking for similar services in Juneau, other companies include C & C Steamway, Touched By Angels, and High Tidy Cleaners.

We are currently pursuing the sale of the business. If you know someone who may be interested, please feel free to reach out.

We are incredibly grateful for the support, trust, and kindness the community has shown us over the years. It has truly been an honor to serve you all. Thank you for being part of our journey and for your understanding during this difficult season. ❤️

It’s that time again! Start getting things ready now so you’re not scrambling when the freeze hits. ❄️

🚨❄️ As a water restoration company, we know how costly frozen pipes can be. Protect your home with these simple tips:

- Put faucets on a trickle/drip to keep water moving (remove the drain stoppers to ensure they don't accidentally overfill!)

- Insulate pipes in cold areas like attics and crawl spaces.

- Unhook garden hoses and cover outside water spigots.

- Open cabinet doors to let heat circulate around pipes.

- Keep your thermostat steady, even when you're away. Ideally at least 60 degrees.

-Ensure your fuel tank if filled enough to last through the cold spell.

And last but not least, one of our highest recommendations:

- When you are out of town, have a friend or family member check on your home DAILY - it can mean the difference between finding a small manageable leak or having your entire house full of water.

Taking these precautions now can save you big headaches (and big repair bills) later.

Stay safe and warm! 🛠️💧

We are so excited for this family and the other families who have worked tirelessly to raise funds.

While they have received a generous donation to complete their fundraiser, they still have expenses related to their treatment that aren’t covered, so every little bit still helps. 💙💙

Our fundraiser brought in a total of $6,168!

We’re so proud to be part of such a caring and supportive community. Thank you to everyone who donated, shared, and showed up!
