Washed a garage floor today. I hate the concrete these contractors use inside garages. I explained to the customer that there is concrete cleaning and concrete restoration. Cleaning will leave shadows and mainly focus on the surface stains. She opted for cleaning. This job took about 35 minutes with Double Eagle and hot water. Charged $175 and she was so impressed she wrote the check for $200 and scheduled us to clean her gutters and then her house and roof next Spring.

Saw this on Nextdoor. True testimonial that the best way to maintain your gutters is by using a professional contractor to clean them. Take the word of your neighbor.

Got to wash a beautiful farm house today. The highlight was this brick patio. The home owner was truly delighted on the outcome. Great review too.

Not excited about washing these roofs/houses that are so close together. We spent a lot of time with ladder management. This was a concrete tile roof. Pretty steep so we were not comfortable getting on it (they break easy). Pressure washed as much as we could then doused it with strong roof mix. Everything was killed and it is going to rain (Oregon, duh!) so it was all good.
